बीड — सहा वर्षीय बालिकेवर 4 मे 2022 मध्ये गेवराई तालुक्यातील तलवाडा पोलीस ठाणे बलात्कार करण्यात आला होता. या प्रकरणात जिल्हा सत्र न्यायालयाचे न्या एस.आर.शिंदे यांनी पुरावे आणि साक्षीदार यांचे जबाब ग्राह्य धरत आरोपीला 20 वर्ष कारावास व 10 हजार दंडाची शिक्षा सुनावली आहे.
तलवाडा पोलीस ठाण्याच्या हद्दीतील रामपुरीमध्ये 4 मे 2022 रोजी 6 वर्षीय चिमुरडीवर सुंदर निवृत्ती तायड या नराधमाने जबरदस्तीने बलात्कार केला होता.यात बाललैंगिक अत्याचारापासून बालकाचे संरक्षण अधिनियम कलमप्रमाणे गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला.सदर गुन्ह्याचा तपास पिंक पथकाकडील महिला पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक अर्चना भोसले यांनी केला होता. त्यांना मदतनीस म्हणून सहाय्यक पोलीस फौजदार भगवान खाडे, पोह. महेश झिकरे, महिला पोलीस अंमलदार ज्योती साळुंखे या टीमने मदत केली होती. सदर गुन्ह्याचा सखोल तपास करून आरोपी विरुद्ध गुन्ह्याचे दोषारोप पत्र सत्र न्यायालय बीड येथे दाखल करण्यात आलेले होते. पोलिसांनी दाखल केलेल्या दोषारोपत्रातील सर्व साक्षीदार तसेच तपास कामी गोळा केलेले सर्व पुरावे यावरून गुन्ह्यातील मुख्य आरोपी नामे सुंदर निवृत्ती तायड,वय 34 वर्ष रा.रामपुरी यास सत्र न्यायालय, बीड यांनी 20 वर्ष कारवास आणि 10 हजार रुपये दंड अशी शिक्षा सुनावली आहे. या गुन्ह्यात सपोनि मनोज निलंगेकर यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली कोर्ट पैरवी म्हणून महिला पोलीस हवालदार गव्हाणे मॅडम यांनी मोलाची कामगिरी केली आहे.चिमुकलीवर झालेल्या बलात्कार प्रकरणी अखेर पोलिसांनी केलेल्या तपासाला यश मिळाले असून चिमुकलीला न्याय मिळवून देण्याचे काम बीड पोलिसांनी केले आहे.
